Beyond the traditional use of a hex trap bar which includes shrugs dead lifts and farmer walks this new design allows you to safely perform lunge workouts. The only disappointment is when i place the bar back on the bench rack the black paint is coming off where the sleeves are iocated. It is smooth and the knurling is nice and has a great grip but doesn t tear up my hands.

Because this bar is equipped with close neutral wide neutral and angled grip positions you are able to hit muscle groups in multiple ways. Due to the fact the bar itself offers angled or truly neutral grips it puts the shoulder in a less compromised position. In doing so it provides an opportunity to recover while also still stimulating muscle growth. I m glad he did and i went with the new bar.
